We kindly ask our Clients to tell us, at the time of booking, the time of arrival at the Hotel so that we can guarantee the service. In case we are not provided with this information, the Hotel will not be responsible and will not be able to guarantee the service itself. In case the time of arrival is later than 22:00 we will contact you to send you the necessary information to make the service.

In case you have to leave the Hotel before 08:00 a.m. you should inform our Front Desk which will give you all the information to make the key handover.

Late Check-out: if you wish to keep your room for longer time, please check availability and prices in Front Desk.

From 10:00 p.m. hours, the doors will be closed. Each guest will still be able to enter the hotel with the key to the main door, which was handed out at the time of CHECK-IN.

For security reasons, we recommend locking the front door tightly and removing the key and making sure you have it with you.
