We ask our guests to inform us of their arrival time at the hotel at the time of booking in order to guarantee the service. If this information is not provided, the hotel will not be responsible and will not be able to guarantee the service. If your arrival time is after 14:00, we will contact you to send you the information necessary to carry out the service.

CHECK-OUT: from 08:00 to 10:30.

If you need to leave the hotel before 08:00, you must notify our reception, which will provide you with all the information necessary for the delivery of the keys.

LATE CHECK-OUT: If you wish to keep your room longer, check availability and prices at the reception.

Some rooms are suitable for children and therefore offer the option of extra beds.

From 10:00 p.m. hours, the doors will be closed. Each guest will still be able to enter the hotel with the key to the main door, which was handed out at the time of CHECK-IN.
